About the Role

WEXO Ventures Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an energetic and motivated Sales Manager to join our growing team. Freshers with good communication skills, confidence, and an interest in sales are encouraged to apply.

The Sales Manager will be responsible for identifying potential customers and business opportunities, building relationships, supporting sales activities, and achieving assigned sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and approach potential customers and business partners.
- Generate new sales leads through calls, online research, networking, and other channels.
- Explain WEXO products and services to prospective customers.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Follow up with leads and convert prospects into customers.
- Conduct sales calls, meetings, and presentations when required.
- Maintain regular records of leads, follow-ups, and sales activities.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.
- Coordinate with marketing, operations, and other internal teams.
- Monitor customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
- Prepare basic sales reports and updates for management.




- Support customer onboarding and ensure proper follow-up.
- Identify recent market opportunities and potential business areas.

Required Skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic sales and negotiation skills.
- Confidence in communicating with customers.
- Ability to build professional relationships.
- Good follow-up and time-management skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace.
- Willingness to learn and achieve targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
