Role Description The Sales Manager will lead daily sales operations, drive revenue growth, and build strong client relationships for Thryvv Recovery’s services and membership plans. This full-time, in office role based in Bengaluru South involves managing the sales pipeline, conducting consultations with prospective clients, and clearly explaining the benefits of Thryvv’s recovery and physiotherapy solutions.

The Sales

Manager will oversee lead generation, follow-up, and conversion activities, collaborate with marketing to execute campaigns,



and track performance against sales targets.

Responsibilities include mentoring and guiding the sales team, preparing regular sales reports, and gathering client feedback to help refine service offerings. The role also requires close coordination with operations staff to ensure a seamless client experience from initial inquiry through ongoing engagement.

Qualifications

- Proven skills in sales management, including pipeline oversight, target achievement, and team coordination.
- Strong client relationship-building and consultative selling skills, with the ability to understand and address customer needs.
- Experience with basic CRM tools, lead tracking, and data-driven decision-making.
- Clear and confident communication skills, including presentation and negotiation abilities.
- Knowledge or interest in fitness, sports, physiotherapy, or wellness services.
- Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru South and engage with clients in person on a regular basis.
- Prior experience in retail, health, wellness, or service-based sales is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, sports management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong organizational skills, reliability, and a focus on delivering a positive client experience.
