- Recruit and activate advisors as per monthly targets • Drive advisor productivity and business performance • Build and maintain strong relationships with advisors • Conduct regular performance reviews and guide advisors on career progression • Generate revenue and acquire recent customers through face-to-face and digital channels • Conduct 2 joint calls daily • Review performance with the Branch Manager on a weekly basis.
