Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Manager role based in Netaji Subhash Place, Delhi.

The Sales

Manager will oversee the end-to-end sales cycle, including lead generation, client outreach, product presentations, and negotiation of commercial terms. The role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with manufacturers, understanding their raw material requirements, and recommending suitable polymer solutions. Daily responsibilities include monitoring sales performance, preparing forecasts and reports,



coordinating closely with supply chain and operations teams, and ensuring timely order fulfillment.

The Sales

Manager will also contribute to sales strategy, market expansion initiatives, and continuous improvement of customer experience.

Qualifications

- Solid sales and business development skills, including prospecting, negotiation, and closing abilities.
- Experience in client relationship management, account management, and customer service.
- Ability to analyze market trends, pricing, and competitor activity in industrial or materials sectors.
- Comfort with basic data analysis, sales reporting, and use of CRM or similar sales tools.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to work on-site in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Previous experience in polymers, chemicals, industrial supplies, or B2B trading is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills, ethical conduct, and a results-oriented mindset.
