Position: Sales Manager –Personal Loan
Salary: Upto 6-8 LPA
Key Responsibilities
Drive business through Direct Sales, DSAs, Channel Partners & Connectors
Achieve sourcing and disbursement targets
Build and manage DSA & referral partner network
Acquire new customers and maintain strong client relationships
Ensure compliance with company policies and RBI guidelines
Eligibility
Bachelor's Degree
2–6 years of experience in Personal Loans
Candidates should be currently working
Stability is a plus point
Experience in Banking, NBFC or Housing Finance preferred
