Develop and implement sales strategies

Lead and manage the sales team

Generate recent business opportunities

Manage key client relationships

Handle customer meetings, negotiations & follow-ups

Monitor leads, conversions & sales performance

Prepare sales reports for management

Coordinate with Engineering and other teams
