Role & responsibilities

- Develop and execute sales strategies and business plans for the Mumbai region.

- Drive sales and achieve revenue, volume and profitability targets for Dyes products.

- Develop new customers and expand business with existing accounts.

- Identify and target potential customers across Textile, Printing Ink, Plastic, Leather, Paper and other relevant industries.

- Maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, dealers and channel partners.

- Conduct regular customer visits to understand requirements and identify recent business opportunities.

- Generate leads through market mapping, networking, references and industry contacts.

- Handle price negotiations, commercial discussions and order closures.

- Coordinate with Production, R&D;, Quality, Logistics and Finance teams to ensure smooth order execution.





- Provide technical and commercial support to customers in coordination with the technical/R&D; team.

- Monitor competitor activities, market trends, pricing and customer requirements.

- Prepare regular sales forecasts, MIS reports, sales plans and market intelligence reports.

- Ensure timely collection of outstanding payments in coordination with the Finance team.

- Participate in customer meetings, exhibitions, trade fairs and industry events.

- Manage customer complaints and coordinate with internal teams for timely resolution.

- Continuously explore opportunities for product development, cross-selling and market expansion.
