Job Title
Sales Manager – Machinery Finance
Job Purpose To drive machinery finance business by sourcing quality leads through
Direct, OEM, Dealer, and DSA channels and achieving monthly sales and disbursement targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and source machinery finance leads through Direct, OEMs, Dealers, and DSAs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with OEMs, dealers, DSAs, and customers.
- Identify potential customers and understand their machinery financing requirements.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to loan disbursal.
- Coordinate with credit, operations, and other teams for smooth loan processing.
- Ensure achievement of monthly sourcing and disbursement targets.
- Develop current OEM, dealer, and DSA partnerships to expand the business.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with customers and channel partners.
- Ensure proper documentation and adherence
