Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Sales Manager.

The Sales

Manager will be responsible for driving sales, developing and implementing sales strategies, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Daily tasks include overseeing the sales team, conducting market research,

Proven experience in Real estate background is mandatory ,Sales Management, Business Development and Client Relationship ManagementAbility to conduct Market Research and analyze industry trendsStrong skills in Negotiation, Communication, and LeadershipProficiency in CRM tools, sales forecasting, and reportingExcellent planning, organizational, and time management skillsBachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related fieldExperience in the real estate sector is an advantageFluency in English; knowledge of additional local languages is a plusQualification must be degree
