Experienced Sales & Business Development professional with 3–5 years of experience in Facility Management, Integrated Facility Management (IFM), Hygiene Solutions, Pest Management, Housekeeping and Specialized Cleaning Services.
Responsible for driving B2B business development, generating recent corporate accounts, managing the complete sales cycle and achieving revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new B2B leads and identify potential corporate clients.
- Develop current business opportunities for IFM and facility services.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, site visits and requirement assessments.
- Prepare and submit commercial proposals, quotations and tenders.
- Handle negotiations, pricing discussions and contract closures.
- Develop and maintain relationships with corporate decision-makers.
- Manage key accounts and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Coordinate with Operations and other internal teams for smooth client onboarding.
- Manage sales pipeline, follow-ups and sales reporting.
- Work towards monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Support contract renewals, rate revisions and account expansion.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Contribute towards revenue growth and long-term client relationships.
