Minimum 6 to 7 years of recent experience in Hotel Sales with strong knowledge of the local market.

Strong understanding of the local corporate, business and key account segment.

Proven track record of generating business and achieving sales targets.

Strong ability to develop and maintain client relationships with corporate accounts, travel partners and local businesses.

Valuable knowledge of local market dynamics, competition and business opportunities.

Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.

Ability to identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth for the hotel.

Strong networking skills and an established local business contact base.
