Role Description The Sales Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai, responsible for leading sales activities and driving revenue growth. Day-to-day tasks include managing and coaching the sales team, setting sales targets, tracking performance, and preparing regular sales reports. The role involves identifying current business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and conducting meetings and presentations with prospective and existing customers.

The Sales

Manager will collaborate with internal teams to align sales strategies with company goals, support contract negotiations,



and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. This position also requires continuous monitoring of market trends and competitor activities to refine sales approaches.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated experience in sales management, including team leadership, target setting, and performance monitoring.
- Strong skills in client relationship building, negotiation, and closing deals in a B2B or services-focused environment.
- Ability to analyze sales data, prepare reports, and use insights to improve sales strategies and processes.
- Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at multiple levels.
- Proven organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and follow-through.
- Comfort working on-site in Chennai and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent advanced qualification is an advantage.
- Prior experience in compliance, financial services, or related filing/service industries is a plus.
