Role Description The Sales Manager at Festivika – A Party Store will oversee daily sales operations, lead the in-store sales team, and ensure a high-quality customer experience. This is a contract, on-site role based in Udaipur, responsible for managing staff schedules, supervising floor activities, and supporting team members in achieving sales targets.

The Sales

Manager will handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain strong relationships with repeat and high-value customers. Duties include monitoring inventory levels, coordinating with suppliers, planning promotions, and organizing product displays to maximize sales. The role also involves tracking performance metrics, preparing basic sales reports,
