Job Title: Regional Sales Manager – Tile Adhesives & Construction Chemicals

Location: Field Sales (Covering Rajasthan, Haryana, and Delhi/NCR)

Compensation: Market-competitive base + Incentives + TA/DA

About Us: We are a fast-growing manufacturer of premium, BIS-certified tile adhesives and epoxy grouts based in Rajasthan. We are aggressively expanding across North India and looking for a highly driven Sales Manager to build a robust distribution network.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify, onboard, and manage dealers and high-capacity Super-Stockists across Rajasthan, Haryana, and Delhi/NCR.
- Drive heavy volume for standard adhesives while aggressively pushing high-margin premium products (Type 3, Type 4, and Epoxies).
- Lead a team of field Sales Executives to execute ground-level demand generation (e.g., Mason Meets, product demos).
- Enforce company credit policies and ensure 100% payment collections within strict 30-day windows.

The Ideal Candidate:

- Experience:



5+ years of channel/distribution sales specifically in Tile Adhesives, Dry-Mix Mortars, or Construction Chemicals.
- Network: Must possess an active, pre-existing network of building material distributors and contractors in the target regions.
- Background: Prior experience at established brands (e.g., MYK Laticrete, Roff, UltraTech, Weber) is highly preferred.
- Mobility: Willing to travel extensively; must own a vehicle.
