About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Sales Manager to join our field sales team in the solar energy industry. The candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, generating leads, meeting potential customers, presenting solar solutions, and converting prospects into successful sales.

The role involves extensive fieldwork across Delhi NCR, along with maintaining strong relationships with customers, dealers, channel partners, and installation teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle field sales activities for solar products and solar projects across Delhi NCR.
- Generate recent leads through field visits, references, market research, networking, and other business development activities.
- Identify potential residential, commercial, and industrial customers.
- Meet prospective clients and understand their solar energy requirements.
- Conduct product and solution presentations to prospective customers.
- Explain solar products, rooftop solar solutions, project benefits, pricing, and available options.
- Follow up with leads and convert prospects into customers.
- Achieve monthly sales, revenue, and business development targets.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Manage relationships with dealers, channel partners, installers,



and other business associates.
- Coordinate with technical, engineering, and installation teams for smooth project execution.
- Ensure proper communication between customers and internal teams throughout the sales process.
- Provide post-sales support and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Prepare daily and weekly sales reports.
- Share regular market feedback and sales updates with management.

Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in field sales or business development.
- Experience in the solar industry will be preferred.
- Candidates with experience in solar rooftop, solar products, renewable energy, electrical products, or related industries may be considered.
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and convincing skills.
- Good customer-handling and relationship-management skills.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable working independently in the field.
- Willingness to travel extensively across Delhi NCR.
- Must have a personal two-wheeler.
- Valid driving license is mandatory.
- Good knowledge of Delhi NCR markets will be an advantage.
- Ability to manage multiple leads and follow-ups effectively.

Preferred Skills




- Field sales and direct sales experience.
- Lead generation and business development.
- B2C and/or B2B sales experience.
- Knowledge of rooftop solar systems and solar solutions.
- Dealer and channel partner management.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to achieve sales targets consistently.

Salary and Compensation Salary: Up to ₹30,000 per month, depending on relevant experience, industry knowledge, and interview performance.

The final compensation will be discussed based on the candidate's experience and suitability for the role.

Job Location and Travel

Office Location: Noida, Sector 64

Working Area: Delhi NCR

This is a field sales position and the selected candidate will be required to travel regularly across Delhi NCR for client meetings, lead generation, business development, and sales activities.
