About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Sales & Business Development Manager to drive business growth through current customer acquisition, key account management, strategic sales, supplier development, and market expansion.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop new customers, markets, products, and business opportunities.
- Generate leads, RFQs, and strengthen the sales pipeline.
- Manage key accounts and build long-term customer relationships.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to increase revenue and market share.
- Handle MRO/Fasteners sales, sourcing, bulk buying, and category development.
- Develop and manage OEM and supplier relationships.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.




- Monitor sales forecasts, collections, VMI/stock levels, and business performance.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and support business expansion.

• Lead and guide the sales/business development team.

Candidate Profile
- 57 years of relevant experience in Sales, Business Development, MRO, Manufacturing, Industrial Products, or Sourcing.
- Strong experience in customer acquisition and key account management.
- Good negotiation, communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in MRO/Fasteners sales and sourcing will be preferred.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, and SAP.
- Good command of English and Hindi.
