Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Intern role based in Delhi, India.

The Sales

Intern will support the sales team by identifying potential leads, conducting outreach, and assisting in qualifying opportunities.

Responsibilities include maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, preparing sales reports and presentations, and coordinating with internal teams to understand service offerings. The role also involves engaging with prospective clients, responding to basic inquiries, and participating in training sessions to build product and industry knowledge.

Intern will collaborate closely with senior sales professionals to learn the end-to-end sales cycle in a cloud and IT services environment.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact professionally with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess foundational Sales and Sales Management skills, including lead generation, basic pipeline management, and understanding of sales processes.
- Candidates should possess an aptitude for Training and continuous learning to stay updated on cloud services, cybersecurity concepts, and market trends.
- Candidates should possess basic knowledge or interest in cloud computing, IT services, or technology solutions.
- Candidates should possess good organizational, time management, and documentation skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Enrollment in or completion of a degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment in Delhi, India, with a professional and inclusive approach.
