Are you an expert in selling Oracle ERP / Enterprise Software solutions to US clients?

FirstCron is looking for a highly experienced US Software Sales Professional who can independently manage the complete sales cycle — from prospecting and pitching to client coordination and closing. ?

? WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

✅ 10–15+ years of strong experience in Software / Oracle ERP Sales Proven US market sales experience is mandatory

? Must have travelled to the USA and other international countries for business/client meetings, sales activities, conferences, or customer engagements

? Hands-on experience selling Oracle ERP, SaaS, Enterprise Software or related technology solutions

? Strong experience in B2B / Enterprise Software Sales

? Expert in product pitching, presentations & demonstrations

?️ Excellent communication and negotiation skills with US customers and decision-makers

? Ability to explain software products in detail — features, functionality, technical capabilities, advantages & business value

? Strong experience in US client coordination and relationship management

? Strong LinkedIn network and professional connections within the US market

? Strong experience in lead generation, prospecting, follow-ups and deal closures





? Ability to independently manage the complete sales cycle

? SALES PERFORMANCE – IMPORTANT

We want someone who can demonstrate actual sales achievements, not just sales experience.

Candidates should be able to share:

? Sales/revenue generated in the last 2–3 years

? Number and size of deals closed

? Average / largest deal value

? Experience with US clients/accounts

? New business generated vs. existing account sales

? Major Oracle ERP / software products sold

? Key industries and customer segments handled

? We are looking for an established sales expert — NOT freshers or junior-level candidates.

Someone who has strong US market exposure, international travel experience, Oracle ERP/software sales expertise, an established skilled network, proven sales numbers, excellent product-pitching skills and the ability to build and close business with US clients.
