Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer enquiries and provide clear information about available tuition courses.
- Build relationships with parents and students and maintain regular follow-ups.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.
- Convert leads into successful sales.
- Handle customer queries, objections, and rejection professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and sales.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Coordinate with the team for smooth customer service.
- Prepare and submit regular sales updates and reports.

Requirements

- Qualification: +2 / Bachelor’s Degree
- Age: 20–35 years
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

Training & Salary

- Free Training Period: 1-2 months
- During training , candidates can choose either 10,000 monthly or an *incentive based compensation structure, based on their preference.
- Post-Training Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹20,000 per month
- Additional Incentives: Attractive performance-based incentives will be provided along with the monthly salary.
