Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Expert role based in Mumbai.

The Sales

Expert will engage with customers in retail & non retail settings, present product features, and guide customers in selecting suitable sweets and snacks. Daily responsibilities include driving sales targets, managing in-store & online displays, maintaining product knowledge, and ensuring an excellent customer experience. The role also involves handling inquiries, resolving customer issues, focus bulk orders, collecting feedback,



and coordinating with the operations team to support inventory and merchandising needs.

Special focus will be for Corporate and Bulk orders.

Qualifications

- Strong Retail & Corporate Sales and Sales skills, with the ability to meet and exceed targets.
- Excellent Customer Service and Customer Experience skills to build lasting customer relationships.
- Effective Communication skills for engaging with diverse customers and working with internal teams.
- Prior experience in food, FMCG, or retail sectors is preferred.
- Ability to work in office in Mumbai, including weekends and peak festive seasons as required.
- Basic proficiency in English and local languages; strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Comfort with using basic computer applications.
- Minimum high school diploma; further education in business, marketing, or hospitality is an advantage.
