Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Marketing/Sales Professional who can deliver a refined, personalized in-store experience. This role goes beyond selling, it's a role for someone who likes being in startup environment with the backing of a Head Office, with room to explore and do multiple things other than selling. It's a small team and we are looking for someone who can help us grow. The store in Bangalore is a year old, and we are looking for someone who likes a challenge.

Core Responsibilities

1. Client Experience & Relationship Building

Welcome every client with warmth and professionalism

Understand customer preferences, occasions, and lifestyle needs

Offer tailored recommendations aligned with the brand’s aesthetic

Build long-term relationships through follow-ups and client engagement

Handle concerns, alterations, and exchanges with empathy and discretion

2. Product Expertise & Storytelling

Develop strong knowledge across diamond, gold, polki, and temple jewellery

Communicate design inspiration, craftsmanship, and heritage

Explain diamond grading, gold purity, and certifications confidently

Guide clients on jewellery care, storage, and styling

4. Sales Excellence

Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets

Drive upselling and cross-selling in a refined, client-first manner

Ensure accurate billing and documentation

Maintain strict confidentiality in all client interactions

5. Presentation & Brand Aesthetics





Maintain impeccable display standards across counters and showcases

Support visual merchandising efforts to enhance storytelling

Handle jewellery with utmost care and presentation finesse

Uphold excellent grooming and qualified appearance

6. Operations & Team Collaboration

Follow stock handling, tagging, and reporting SOPs

Assist in inventory checks and stock audits

Collaborate with team members for seamless store operations

Participate in trainings and collection previews

7. Brand Ambassadorship

Represent Zaveri Bros values — heritage, authenticity, and grace

Uphold brand reputation in and outside the store

Contribute ideas to enhance customer experience and business growth

Eligibility & Requirements

Minimum: 12th Pass | Graduate preferred

Languages: English (mandatory), Kannada/Hindi/Tamil (preferred)

Strong interest in diamond sorting and marketing and client interaction

Prior experience in jewellery (preferred)

Good communication, grooming, and interpersonal skills

Team-oriented with attention to detailCompensation Structure

Salary Range: ₹20,000 – ₹25000 per month (based on experience and skill level)

10 AM – 7 PM (rotational weekly off; currently Sunday off)

Availability during weekends and festive seasons required on a need to basis
