Role Description This is a full time, on-site Sales Executive role based in Ahmedabad.

The Sales

Executive will engage with walk-in customers, understand their sleep and comfort needs, and recommend suitable Wakefit products. The role involves demonstrating product features, explaining pricing and offers, and guiding customers through the purchase process.

Executive will also handle order documentation, coordinate with backend teams for delivery and after-sales support, and maintain accurate sales records. Additional responsibilities include meeting or exceeding sales targets, supporting store merchandising,



and contributing to a positive, customer-focused environment.

Qualifications

- Strong customer engagement and relationship-building skills, with the ability to understand and address customer needs in person.
- Sales and negotiation abilities, including experience working with targets and closing retail or showroom-based sales.
- Clear and professional communication skills in English and local languages, with confident presentation and product demonstration capabilities.
- Basic proficiency with point-of-sale systems, spreadsheets, and digital tools used for order entry and reporting.
- Attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to manage multiple customers and tasks during peak store hours.
- Previous experience in retail, furniture, or consumer goods sales is an advantage.
- Availability to work on-site in Ahmedabad, including weekends and holidays as per business requirements.
- High school diploma or bachelor’s degree in any discipline preferred.
