Role Description The Sales Executive role at UX Digital Solutions is a full-time, on-site position based in the Pune Division.

The Sales

Executive will engage with prospective learners, understand their training needs, and present suitable course offerings and solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include generating and qualifying leads, conducting follow-ups via calls and meetings, maintaining robust relationships with learners and corporate clients, and achieving enrollment and revenue targets. The role also involves coordinating with the training and marketing teams to support promotional activities, tracking sales performance,



and maintaining accurate records in CRM or related systems.

The Sales

Executive is expected to represent the institute professionally, provide clear information about programs, and contribute to the overall growth of the organization.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with prospective learners and clients effectively.
- Candidates should possess sales and negotiation skills, including lead generation, pipeline management, and closing techniques.
- Candidates should possess customer service and relationship management skills to ensure a positive experience throughout the enrollment process.
- Candidates should possess basic proficiency with CRM tools, office productivity software, and digital communication platforms.
- Relevant experience in sales, education services, or training institutes is beneficial; familiarity with software or digital marketing domains is a plus.
- A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred, along with the ability to work on-site in the Pune Division and meet performance targets.
