We are looking for an energetic, customer-focused and target-oriented Sales Executive to expand our business and strengthen our presence across the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop new customers and business opportunities in the assigned territory.
- Visit dealers, distributors, contractors, applicators, industries and project sites.
- Generate leads and convert enquiries into sales.
- Promote Tidex products and explain product applications and benefits to customers.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers.
- Identify new market opportunities and potential clients.
- Prepare quotations and follow up with customers for order closure.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams regarding customer requirements, orders and deliveries.
- Maintain regular sales reports and provide market feedback to management.
Eligibility & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree is mandatory.
- 1.5+ years of experience in any of the following fields is preferred:Tiles
- Tile Adhesives
- Waterproofing Chemicals
- Paints
- Construction Chemicals
- Coating Systems
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and a strong interest in sales are also welcome to apply.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Good customer-handling and relationship-building abilities.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
- Own bike is an advantage but NOT mandatory.
Salary & Benefits
- ₹25,000 – ₹60,000 per month
- Salary will be based on experience and skills
