Key Responsibilities & Expected Outcomes

· Drive regional/ Territory sales growth for Medical, Dental,Nursing,Physiotherapy, AYUSH , Allied Health (Health Sciences) and Pharmacy titles by achieving agreed sales and revenue targets.

· Build and expand institutional accounts across Medical, Dental,Nursing , Physiotherapy, AYUSH , Allied Health (Health Sciences), converting prospects into active customers.

· Drive textbook adoption by engaging faculty, Heads of Departments, academic leaders and key decision-makers, with clear targets for new adoptions and renewals.

· Develop and manage a strong institutional pipeline, ensuring systematic follow-up from lead generation to evaluation, adoption and purchase.

· Expand market coverage by identifying untapped institutions, geographies and customer segments and converting them into new business.

· Strengthen customer relationships with faculty, institutions,



distributors and channel partners to increase repeat business and long-term account value.

· Promote the CBS portfolio effectively through faculty meetings, institutional visits, product demonstrations, samples and academic engagement initiatives.

· Monitor competitive activity and market trends, providing actionable insights on competitor titles, pricing, adoption and customer preferences.

· Improve sales productivity through disciplined territory planning, account prioritization, visit planning and timely reporting.

· Travel extensively across the assigned territory to increase institutional coverage, generate demand and deliver measurable business growth.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
