We are looking for a passionate and energetic Institutional Partnerships Executive to drive partnerships and sales for our Robotics & STEM Education Programs across schools. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or professionals with up to 1 year of experience who enjoy relationship building, business development, and working in the education sector.
As an Institutional Partnerships Executive, you will be responsible for onboarding channel partners, generating school partnerships, managing the sales cycle, and ensuring successful implementation of robotics education programs.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Partnerships
Identify and onboard channel partners and outreach partners.
Generate leads and build relationships with schools and educational institutions.
Drive end-to-end sales from prospecting to closure.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Support regional growth initiatives and market expansion.
Client Success & Operations
Coordinate successful setup of robotics labs in schools.
Facilitate mentor and teacher training programs.
Ensure smooth delivery of kits,
learning materials, and support.
Maintain strong relationships with school administrators and decision-makers.
Financial & Reporting
Follow up on school payments and renewals.
Maintain sales records and financial tracking.
Prepare regular sales and performance reports.
Monitor customer satisfaction and implementation success.
Requirements
✅ Any Degree (Sales, Marketing, Business or related field preferred)
✅ Freshers to 1 year of experience
✅ Solid communication and presentation skills
✅ Good negotiation and relationship-building abilities
✅ Interest in Education, Robotics, STEM, or Technology
✅ Willingness to travel within the assigned region
