We are looking for a Sales Executive/Business Development Executive who can:

- Generate leads

- Communicate with prospects

- Understand client needs

- Convert leads into paying clients

This role is ideal for someone who is confident, persuasive, and target-driven.

Key Responsibilities Lead Generation

- Identify and reach out to potential clients

- Generate leads via calls, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, and other platforms

- Maintain lead database and follow-ups

Client Communication

- Understand client requirements

- Explain company services clearly

- Handle objections and queries

Sales & Conversion

- Convert leads into clients

- Coordinate with internal teams for closing deals

- Maintain consistent follow-ups until closure

Reporting & Tracking

- Maintain daily call and lead reports

- Track conversion performance

- Update CRM regularly

Required Skills & Experience

- 1+ year of experience in sales, telecalling, or business development

- Strong communication and convincing skills





- Confidence in handling calls and client conversations

- Basic understanding of digital marketing services, IT Services (preferred)

- Target-oriented mindset

- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets

- Should be good in English communication

Good to Have (Bonus Skills)

- Experience in digital marketing or agency sales

- Knowledge of lead generation tools

- Experience handling B2B clients

- Understanding of funnels or online business
