We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer enquiries, understanding their requirements, following up with leads, and converting enquiries into sales.
Responsibilities Handle incoming customer enquiries and leads. Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable products. Follow up with customers through phone calls and WhatsApp. Maintain and update customer and lead information in the CRM.
Convert leads into sales and achieve monthly targets. Build and maintain good relationships with customers. Coordinate with the operations/team for quotations, orders, and delivery. Keep track of pending follow-ups and ensure timely communication.
Prepare basic sales reports and update daily activities.
RequirementsGood communication and convincing skills. Basic computer knowledge. Comfortable making customer calls and following up regularly. Hindi and English communication skills preferred.
Previous sales experience is an advantage. Freshers with good communication skills can also apply. Target-oriented and willing to learn.
