– Sales ExecutiveCompany: Rupeeland Mart Position: Sales Executive Department: Sales / Retail Operations Location: Patia, Saheed Nagar (Bhubaneswar) / Cuttack Job Type: Full-Time About the RoleRupeeland Mart is looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Executives to assist customers, promote products, and contribute to store sales. The ideal candidate should have valuable communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work towards sales targets. Key ResponsibilitiesWelcome customers and understand their needs.

Explain product features, pricing, offers and promotions. Guide customers to suitable products across store categories. Achieve assigned daily, weekly and monthly sales targets. Build positive relationships with customers and provide a good shopping experience.

Handle customer queries and coordinate with the Store Manager when required. Maintain product displays and ensure the sales floor is neat and organised. Check product availability and coordinate with the inventory team.

Support billing and other store activities when required. Follow company policies, store procedures and customer service standards.



Eligibility & RequirementsMinimum Qualification: 2; graduates preferred.

Experience: 6 months – 2 years in retail sales or customer handling. Good communication and convincing skills. Customer-oriented and target-driven approach. Basic knowledge of sales and customer service. Ability to work in a team and handle multiple customers. Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Compensation & BenefitsSalary: Up to ₹20,000 per month, depending on experience and interview performance. Incentives and growth opportunities as per company policy.
