Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based at Prospera Kia in Hyderabad.

The Sales

Executive is responsible for engaging with walk-in and referred customers, understanding their needs, and recommending suitable Kia vehicles and finance options. Daily tasks include conducting product demonstrations and test drives, explaining features and pricing, preparing quotations, and guiding customers through the booking and delivery process. The role involves maintaining accurate customer records, following up on leads, coordinating with finance and insurance partners, and meeting monthly sales and customer satisfaction targets.





The Sales

Executive also participates in showroom events, local promotions, and brand-building activities while adhering to Kia’s standards and dealership policies.

Qualifications

- Proven ability in customer-facing sales roles, preferably in automotive, retail, or related industries.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills to interact effectively with diverse customers.
- Comfort with basic computer applications and CRM tools for maintaining leads, inquiries, and sales documentation.
- Knowledge of vehicles, financing options, and local market trends in Hyderabad is an advantage.
- Ability to work in office, including weekends and peak business hours, with a focus on meeting targets ethically.
- Minimum of a high school diploma; a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to conduct test drives with customers.
- Positive, professional attitude, with a commitment to delivering a high-quality customer experience.
