About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and energetic Sales Executive to help us grow our water-saving and drinking-water solutions. The person will be responsible for finding potential customers, explaining our products, conducting product demonstrations, converting leads into customers and maintaining relationships after the sale.
This role is suitable for someone who enjoys meeting people, explaining products and working towards clear sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new leads through field visits, referrals, societies, local businesses and other channels.
- Contact and follow up with leads received through digital marketing, WhatsApp and other sources.
- Understand the customer's requirement and recommend the appropriate Jalmay/Sessui product.
- Explain the problem of RO water wastage and demonstrate how our ZeroDrop solution helps reuse rejected water.
- Conduct product demonstrations at customer locations when required.
- Convert qualified leads into orders and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Maintain regular follow-up with interested and existing customers.
- Coordinate with the installation/service team to ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Collect customer feedback and share important observations with the management.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, orders and customer information in the company's system.
- Develop relationships with housing societies, RO dealers/service providers, offices and other potential business partners.
- Support promotional activities, exhibitions, local campaigns and product awareness activities.
Skills Required
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Comfortable speaking with customers in Hindi; basic English is preferred.
- Positive attitude and willingness to work in the field.
- Ability to explain a product in simple language.
- Good follow-up and relationship-building skills.
- Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, smartphones and digital tools.
- Target-oriented and willing to take ownership of sales.
- Ability to travel locally for customer meetings and demonstrations.
