Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in Kolkata.

The Sales

Executive will identify and pursue new business opportunities, build and maintain relationships with institutional and corporate clients, and promote Orion Edutech’s training and education services. Daily responsibilities include prospecting and lead generation, conducting client meetings and presentations, preparing proposals, and negotiating and closing sales. The role also involves tracking sales performance, maintaining accurate records in CRM tools,



coordinating with internal teams for smooth service delivery, and providing regular market feedback to support business strategy.

Qualifications

- Strong sales and business development skills, including prospecting, lead generation, and closing deals.
- Client relationship management abilities, with a focus on building long-term partnerships in the education and training sector.
- Effective communication and presentation skills, with the capacity to explain services clearly to diverse stakeholders.
- Analytical and organizational skills to manage pipelines, forecast sales, and maintain accurate documentation.
- Comfort with using CRM systems, MS Office tools, and digital communication platforms.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field preferred.
- Previous experience in sales, preferably in education, training, or services industries, is an advantage.
- Ability to work in office in Kolkata, client meetings, and meet defined sales targets.
