Role Description

This is a full-time, in office Sales Executive role based in Mumbai.

The Sales

Executive will manage and grow a portfolio of customers by presenting diamond products, explaining specifications and value, and providing tailored recommendations.

Responsibilities include conducting in-person and telephone sales meetings, negotiating pricing and contract terms, and closing deals in alignment with company policies and ethical standards.The Sales Executive will also track market trends, maintain accurate sales records and reports, and support participation in trade shows or customer events to expand brand presence.

Qualifications

- Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to meet and exceed revenue targets.




- Customer relationship management and client service skills, with a focus on building long-term partnerships.
- Knowledge of diamonds, gemstones, or luxury products, including basic understanding of quality grades and industry terminology.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English; proficiency in local languages is an advantage.
- Analytical and reporting skills to track sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback.
- Comfort with on-site, face-to-face selling in a fast-paced commercial environment.
- Ability to work collaboratively with operations, logistics, and finance teams.
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Prior experience in B2B or luxury goods sales is highly beneficial.
- High level of integrity and alignment with ethical and environmentally responsible business practices.
