Its 10,000 square foot training facility in HSR Layout, Bangaluru is designed to deliver a hardcore, immersive fitness experience with contemporary equipment and expert coaches. Role Description The Sales Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This position is responsible for driving membership sales, handling walk-in inquiries, and following up on leads through calls, messages, and in-person meetings.

The Sales

Executive will explain gym services and membership options, conduct facility tours for prospective members, and maintain accurate records in sales and customer management systems. Daily tasks include achieving sales targets, building relationships with clients, coordinating with training and front desk teams,



and supporting promotional events or campaigns to increase brand visibility and membership conversions.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in client communication, active listening, and relationship building to engage prospects and members effectively.
- Proficiency in sales activities such as lead generation, pipeline management, and closing techniques to meet or exceed membership targets.
- Experience with basic customer service practices, including handling objections, resolving queries, and ensuring a positive member experience.
- Comfort with using CRM tools, spreadsheets, and messaging platforms for tracking inquiries, follow-ups, and sales performance.
- Ability to work on-site in a fast-paced fitness environment, with strong time management and organizational skills.
- Prior experience in fitness, wellness, hospitality, or retail sales is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Minimum educational qualification of a high school diploma; a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, based on gym operations and member needs.
