Roles and Responsibilities :

- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in the institutional sector.

- Build strong relationships with key decision-makers at hospitals, hotels, restaurants, and other institutions to drive business growth.

- Identify current opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our products to existing clients.

- Collaborate with marketing team to develop targeted campaigns that increase brand awareness and drive sales.

Job Requirements :

- 4-15 years of experience in Institutional Sales or related field (e.g.

Retail

Sales, Business Development).

- Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong understanding of hospitality industry trends and consumer behavior.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
