We are looking for a Sales Executive Intern who is confident, proactive and interested in learning Sales, Digital Marketing and AI-powered business solutions while working on real client projects.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Find and hunt potential clients through calls, WhatsApp, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google and other platforms.
- Make outbound calls and introduce Digital Lok's services to potential clients.
- Understand client requirements and recommend relevant services.
- Generate and qualify leads.
- Follow up with potential clients through calls and WhatsApp.
- Schedule meetings with interested prospects.
- Maintain records of leads, calls, follow-ups and meetings.
- Coordinate with the internal team during the sales process.
- Present Digital Lok's services professionally to prospects.
- Convert qualified leads into paid projects.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential clients.
- Research businesses and identify new sales opportunities.

We will provide practical knowledge of Digital Marketing and AI tools during the internship. Stipend & Sales IncentivesMonthly Stipend

₹5,000/month

5% Per-Sale Incentive For every successful project that you bring onboard, you will receive 5% of the project value as a sales incentive.

The incentive will be paid after the client confirms the project and Digital Lok receives the applicable project payment from the client.

Example:

If you bring a ₹10,000 project and the client confirms the project and makes the applicable payment:

₹10,000 × 5% = ₹500 sales incentive

So, you receive ₹500 sales incentive in addition to your ₹5,000 monthly stipend.

If the project is paid in installments, the 5% incentive will be calculated and paid based on the amount received from the client, as applicable.

Performance Bonus In addition to the 5% sales incentive, performance-based bonuses may be provided based on your overall performance, sales contribution and achievement of targets.
