Field Sales Executive – FMCG / Spices We are looking for a Field Sales Executive to develop and manage the retail market for our FMCG spice products in Ghazipur and nearby areas.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit grocery stores, retailers, wholesalers and distributors regularly.
- Introduce and sell our ₹5 and ₹10 spice products.
- Generate new retail outlets and take regular orders.
- Maintain positive relationships with retailers and distributors.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and improve market coverage.
- Collect orders and share daily sales/market reports.
- Follow up with existing retailers for repeat orders.
- Identify new market opportunities and competitor activities.
Requirements
- 12th pass or above.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Basic communication skills in Hindi.
- Must be comfortable with field work and daily market visits.
- Candidates from Ghazipur/Yusufpur and nearby areas preferred.
- FMCG/Sales experience will be an advantage but is not mandatory.
Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month + Incentives Average Incentive: ₹3,000+ per month based on performance. Immediate joining preferred. No joining fee or deposit required.
