About the Role
We are looking for enthusiastic and target-driven Sales Executives to join our inbound sales team. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who enjoy connecting with customers, understanding their needs, and closing deals. You will be handling inbound inquiries and converting them into successful sales.
Key Responsibilities
Attend inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries promptly. Understand customer requirements and recommend the right products/solutions. Build robust relationships with customers to drive repeat business and referrals. Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM. Follow up with potential leads to maximize conversion rates. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
Requirements
Minimum qualification: Graduate (any stream). 03 years of experience in sales, telecalling,
or customer-facing roles (freshers with strong communication skills are welcome). Excellent communication and persuasion skills in English (additional languages are a plus). Comfort working in night shifts (8:30 PM 5:00 AM IST).
Strong negotiation and objection-handling abilities. Goal-oriented mindset with a hunger to earn through performance-based bonuses. Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM tools).
