We are hiring a Field Sales Executive to promote and sell Surety Bond solutions to contractors, businesses, and corporate clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads through field visits, networking, and client referrals.
- Meet contractors and business clients to understand their requirements.
- Explain Surety Bond products and assist clients through the sales process.
- Manage follow-ups, negotiations, and sales closures.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Coordinate with internal teams for documentation and bond issuance.
Requirements:
- Minimum 6 months of Field Sales experience.
- Experience in Insurance Sales, B2B Sales, Financial Services, or Surety Bonds preferred.
- Positive communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.
- Strong lead generation and client-handling skills.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and field sales.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
