- Lead Generation & Sales: Prospect current clients via cold calls, networking, and direct outreach to secure corporate accounts and group bookings.

- Inquiry Management: Respond to phone, email, and WhatsApp inquiries, prepare tailored quotations, and follow up promptly.

- Client Relations: Build and maintain long-term relationships with event planners, corporate bookers, and repeat guests.

- Cross-Department Coordination: Work with reservations, front office, and banqueting teams to ensure smooth guest arrivals and event execution.

- Upselling & Revenue Growth: Promote high-margin rooms, food and beverage (F&B;) packages, and on-site amenities.

- Market Research: Monitor local competition, analyze booking trends, and report performance metrics to management.

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
