Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to join our Interior Designing & Architecture company in Bailparao, Ramnagar. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, developing client relationships, promoting our interior design and architectural services, and converting leads into successful projects.

The candidate should have excellent communication and negotiation skills, a professional approach, and an understanding of customer requirements and sales processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new leads and business opportunities through cold calling, referrals, networking, social media, and local market visits.
- Identify potential clients for interior design, architecture, renovation, and related services.
- Understand clients' requirements, preferences, budgets, and project expectations.
- Schedule meetings and site visits with prospective clients.
- Present and explain the company's interior design and architectural services to clients.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow-ups in coordination with the design and project teams.




- Maintain regular communication with prospective and existing clients throughout the sales process.
- Follow up on leads and convert enquiries into confirmed projects.
- Promote the company's services through digital marketing, social media, WhatsApp, and other relevant channels.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and convincing abilities.
- Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Basic knowledge of interior design, architecture, construction, or real estate will be an advantage.
- Comfortable with MS Office, WhatsApp, email, and basic CRM/lead management tools.
- Good knowledge of the local market in Ramnagar, Haldwani, Nainital, and nearby areas will be an advantage.
- Ability to travel locally for client meetings and site visits.

Eligibility
- Graduate in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field preferred.
- 1–3 years of sales/marketing experience preferred; freshers with strong communication and sales aptitude may also be considered.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
