Key Responsibilities

 Welcome and engage customers visiting the showroom and understand their furniture and furnishing requirements.

 Explain product features, specifications, materials, pricing, and available options to customers.

 Recommend suitable furniture and furnishing solutions based on customer needs, preferences, and budget.

 Achieve individual and showroom sales targets through effective selling and customer engagement.

 Generate leads through showroom enquiries, referrals, follow-ups, and other sales activities.

 Maintain robust relationships with existing and potential customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.

 Keep updated on new products, designs, materials, pricing, offers, and competitor products in the furniture and furnishing market.

 Ensure the showroom and product displays are clean, organized, attractive, and properly presented.

 Handle customer queries, feedback, and complaints professionally and work toward timely resolution

 Maintain accurate records of customer enquiries, sales orders, follow-ups, and daily sales activities.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
