Key Responsibilities
- Develop & execute regional sales strategies
- Engage with pharma, ayurvedic & nutraceutical manufacturers
- Build robust client relationships and drive business development along w sales
- Conduct market research & competitor analysis
- Collaborate with technical & R&D; teams for custom solutions
- Represent the brand at trade shows, exhibitions & industry forums
- Monitor sales KPIs & contribute to regional growth
- Frequent travel for client meetings and visits to the manufacturing plant
What We’re Looking For
- 3–5 years of experience in the Tablet Coating Material industry (must-have)
- Strong network in North India’s pharma/nutraceutical ecosystem
- Solid understanding of coating technologies & formulation basics
- Excellent communication, presentation & client-handling skills
- Willingness to travel frequently
Bonus Points
- Degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, or related field
- MBA in Marketing (preferred, not mandatory)
- Experience with GMP, regulatory processes & B2B pharma sales
