About the Role

We are looking for a Sales Executive with strong communication and client-handling skills and a good understanding of the Forex/CFD and financial markets . The candidate will be responsible for generating and converting leads, building client relationships, and assisting clients throughout the account-opening and trading journey.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate, follow up, and convert leads into active clients.
- Communicate with prospective clients through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other channels.
- Explain the company's trading products, account types, platforms, and services to clients.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Understand client requirements and provide appropriate product information.
- Follow up consistently to improve lead conversion and client activation.
- Coordinate with KYC, operations, and support teams for smooth client onboarding.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions in the CRM.
- Achieve assigned monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Stay updated with Forex, CFDs, currency pairs, trading terminology, and financial market trends .




- Ensure all client communication follows company policies and applicable compliance requirements.

Requirements
- 1–4 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Financial Services, Forex, CFD, or related industries .
- Prior knowledge or experience in Forex/CFD trading is required.
- Good understanding of basic Forex concepts such as currency pairs, leverage, spreads, margin, pips, and trading platforms.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good negotiation, convincing, and client-handling abilities.
- Target-oriented and comfortable working in a performance-driven environment.
- Ability to build long-term client relationships.
- Experience with CRM systems will be an added advantage.

Preferred Candidate
- Candidates from Forex/CFD, financial services, brokerage, fintech, or investment-related industries will be preferred.
- Candidates who have worked with international clients or handled international sales will have an advantage.
