We are looking for a Sales Executive who is confident in handling customers, converting leads, following up consistently, and managing a sales team.
Experience in healthcare, fertility, IVF, hospitals, clinics, or related industries is a plus, but candidates from other sales backgrounds are also welcome to apply . Key ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound and outbound leads through calls and other communication channels. Understand customer requirements and guide them towards the right service.
Follow up with leads regularly and convert enquiries into sales/consultations. Maintain strong customer relationships throughout the journey. Achieve individual and team sales targets. Manage, guide, and monitor the sales team.
Allocate leads and ensure timely follow-ups. Conduct team meetings and performance reviews. Train and coach team members on calling, follow-ups, CRM, and sales conversion.
Track team performance and identify areas for improvement.
Maintain accurate lead details and update CRM regularly. Prepare daily/weekly sales and performance reports.
