We're Hiring: Business Development Executive (BDE) to Sales – Ernakulam Town

KLM Assets Fin is looking for a dynamic and target-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) for our new Branch at Ernakulam.

We are excited to announce that KLM Assets Fin is further expanding its presence across Ernakulam District, with plans to strengthen our network.

This position is well-suited for candidates with experience in NBFC, chit fund, or financial services, who can support business expansion through customer acquisition, market development, and relationship management.

Preferred Candidates

- Candidates residing in Ernakulam, Marine Drive, Kadavanthra, or nearby areas
- Immediate joiners will be given preference

Key Responsibilities:
- Generate recent business through field visits, referrals, networking, and local market engagement.
- Identify prospective customers and recommend suitable chit fund schemes based on their requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Achieve assigned business targets through systematic sales planning and regular follow-up.




- Follow up with customers regarding installment payments and support the branch with collection-related activities whenever required.
- Address customer queries and provide prompt assistance throughout the customer relationship.
- Evaluate market conditions and identify opportunities to strengthen the branch's customer base.
- Collaborate with the Branch Manager and team to contribute to overall branch performance and operational effectiveness.

Eligibility & Skills:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in NBFC, chit fund, or financial services.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and customer relationship-handling abilities.
- Basic knowledge of financial products and service-oriented practices.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory for customer acquisition and market visits.
