About the RoleBlaze Olympia is looking for an energetic and customer-focused Sales Executive to manage enquiries, follow up with prospective customers and convert opportunities into coaching registrations, memberships, facility bookings and other sports-related services.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming leads from calls, WhatsApp, social media, walk-ins and other sources.
- Regularly follow up with prospective customers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable programmes or services.
- Coordinate trial sessions and venue visits.
- Convert enquiries into coaching registrations, memberships and bookings.
- Maintain accurate lead and customer records.
- Coordinate with customers regarding registrations and payments.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
- Support corporate and institutional sales opportunities when required.
- Coordinate with operations and venue teams for smooth customer onboarding.
- Provide basic daily and weekly sales updates.
Required Skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong customer-handling and follow-up skills.
- Basic understanding of sales and lead management.
- Comfortable using WhatsApp, Excel or Google Sheets.
- Confident in speaking with customers over calls and in person.
- Organised, responsible and result-oriented.
- Willingness to travel locally for customer or business meetings when required.
Eligibility
- Completed bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
- 0–3 years of sales or customer-facing experience preferred.
- Fresh graduates with robust communication skills may apply.
