Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound sales leads
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable programs/services
- Pitch and sell company courses and professional services
- Follow up consistently with potential customers
- Handle objections and negotiate effectively
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets
- Maintain accurate lead and follow-up records in CRM
- Make approximately 150–200 calls per day through CRM
- Maintain a professional relationship with customers throughout the sales process
