- Position: Retail Sales Executive
- Department: Sales / Retail Operations
- Reports to: Store Manager / Assistant Store Manager
- Job Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Service: Greet customers warmly, identify their needs, and offer helpful product recommendations.
- Sales Generation: Drive store revenue by upselling items, explaining promotions, and meeting individual sales targets.
- Issue Resolution: Handle customer complaints, exchanges, and returns in a calm and skilled manner.
Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
