Key Roles & Responsibilities:-

1. Develop and expand business opportunities for industrial products by targeting end-user customers across industries such as Sugar, Fertilizers, Cement, Steel, Refineries,Power Plants, and other Process Industries.

2. Manage sales activities within the assigned territory, to achieve revenue and growth targets.

3. Conduct regular customer visits to identify business opportunities and generate inquiries /orders for industrial controls and systems Actuators, Safety Systems, Upgrades, Systems, and other industrial automation solutions.

4. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while identifying and acquiring new clients.

5. Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate technical and commercial solutions to meet their operational needs.

6. Prepare and present product demonstrations, technical proposals, quotations, and solution-based presentations to customers.

7. Follow up on inquiries, negotiate commercial terms, and convert opportunities into confirmed orders.

8. Provide periodic sales forecasts, market intelligence reports, and business updates to management.

9.



Participate in technical discussions, industry exhibitions, seminars, and customer engagement programs to enhance market presence and generate leads.

10. Continuously develop product knowledge and stay updated on industry standards, technologies, and applications relevant to the company's product portfolio.

Required Skills:-

1. Solid sales, business development, and customer relationship management skills.

2. Sound technical understanding of industrial products, automation systems, control systems, plc, power solutions, or related equipment.

3. Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

4. Ability to understand customer requirements and provide solution-oriented recommendations.

5. Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.

6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

7. Ability to build long-term relationships with customers and key decision-makers.
